Deep in the Zululand bush one will find the Tugam Game farm.

It has a variety of game, including Giraffe, Rhino, Zebra, Nyala, Kudu, Impala and many more. Many indigenous trees and excellent bird- life complements this bush retreat. There is also a safari network of more than 75 km of off-road tracks. To enhance your chance to spot the game close-by guests can walk on the farm and stop at several of the hides at the dams to spot both game and water birds.

The routes have been designed to link two distinctive valleys via a network of experience orientated 4x4 trails. It is situated on the eastern slopes of the Magudu hills steeped in natural beauty and cultural history. It is in a marginal malaria zone. No visit will go by without having seen most of the resident herds which include Red Hartebeest, Rhino, Bushbuck, Giraffe, Nyala and Zebra amongst others. Bird hides have been erected at the waterholes and all trees and shrubs are identified from the camps from where walking trails can be done.
